Mindful Meditation

Meditation is a part of being mindful, when you stop and concentrate on your breathing.

I suggest you put your hands on your thighs and feel your thighs, feel the floor beneath your feet.  Listen to the sounds around you and let them become part of you,

Allow your shoulders to ease downwards, feel the weight of your limbs as they let go of tension.

When you are in this state, nothing can hurt you, you are free from trouble, emotion, hurt worry and anxiety.

Eventually you will be able to connect to this mindful state anywhere and anytime, regardless of where you are and who is with you.
