CBT for Self Esteem

Lots of people suffer from low self esteem and they look outwards for confirmation of themselves when by definition of the words it is an internal job and you alone are responsible for how you esteem yourself.

Here is a CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) technique you can try:

Check your values, are you a good friend, daughter/son, partner, employee etc, rate yourself out of 10 on each category and you’ll be surprised at the result.  It’s time to love yourself you are worth more than you realise.
