This is such a trying time and sadly I’m seeing many people who are suffering with their mental wellbeing because of fear and anxiety over covid and lockdown. With this in mind, I have reduced my rates in order to be able to help as many people as possible who may have thought that therapy was not something they could afford.
With zoom I can now reach people who live further away, whether it’s a one off boost session or a course of weekly sessions in a set of four, CBT can help get you back on track.

CBT can help you to change automatic patterns of thinking that may have blocked you from moving forward or believing in yourself, it is good for anxiety disorders, raising self esteem, developing confidence and generally helping you reach your full potential, which in turn will enhance other areas of your life such as relationships and even weight loss.
The best thing about CBT is that it teaches you to be your own therapist.
