Out of all the relationships we have, the one we have with ourselves is by far the most important one.
Treat yourself like you would a good friend, it’s really important to show love, and respect yourself, say kind things to yourself when you’re alone and about yourself when you’re with other people. Accept compliments and remind yourself of all the good you have done in your life. If you’ve made mistakes (who hasn’t) then don’t beat yourself up, let it go and remind yourself that you will do better next time.
