Starting Your Day

When you get up in the morning, start your day by doing something positive and productive so that it sets the trend for the hours ahead.  Imagine that something great is going to happen to you this day.

Always make your bed,  it’s a small first job, that means so much.  It means you are organised and disciplined and at the end of the day, it will be ready and waiting for you.

Make sure you treat yourself properly, eat breakfast and drink water, treat yourself well, do small jobs that you’ve been putting off.  These things all add up to a productive and more meaningful day.
