To change your life, you must change your routine, something you do on a daily basis. Break habits and put something else in place.
Start with the beginning of your day, it may be as simple as getting out of the other side of the bed? If you rush around and are disorganised first thing, then get stuff ready the day before and set your alarm even 10 minutes earlier.
Change your breakfast or drink, take a different route to work, use the stairs for a change.
When you come home, what is the first thing you do? Do something different, don’t put on the TV, go in a different room, don’t go to the fridge.
