I could put meditation under each of the nine headings and it would fit. I have been taking people through guided meditations for years and there are so many benefits to health that I can’t even begin to list them.
I heard that everyone should meditate for 10 minutes every day unless you don’t have the time and then you should do it for an hour!!!!
Meditation helps you tune in to your inner self, it has given me many answers that I would never have got with a busy mind.
There is no right or wrong way to do it, just close your eyes and slow your breathing and keep practicing.
