It’s easy to think one more biscuit won’t hurt, of course it won’t, however if you find you are doing that regularly it will all add up to weight gain.

Every time you stop eating or leave something on your plate, however small – not only are you exercising your control over food, you are banking weight loss, because it all adds up in the other, more positive direction.
