Happy New Year

I often get frustrated by the term New Year – New You, after all there is nothing wrong with you, you beautiful souls, it’s just the way you think about yourselves, which is often distorted and I bet your friends and family think you are great just the way you are.  

Maybe for 2025, we can work on our Self-Esteem, so that we can feel better about ourselves the way we are, accept our human flaws and begin to love who we are.    

First you need to understand what Self-Esteem really means, we can’t change anything unless we know what we are dealing with. Start today by letting go of any bad thoughts about yourself, practice concentrating on your good points for the day and then the week and you will notice a difference.  

It’s a journey of self discovery.

The best thing about CBT is that it teaches you to be your own therapist.

Over the years, using CBP and NLP techniques, it has been my privilege to help people with low self-esteem, anxiety, confidence issues and weight loss and I continue to do so.  However, I have been thinking for some time now how I can take this further and reach more people, so have come up with a six-part course based on the areas which I think will be of most help.
