What is Mindfulness?

We’ve all heard the word mindfulness, but what does it actually mean?

Mindfulness is giving your total and full attention to what you are doing right now, to feel the ground your feet are upon, to smell what is in the air, to really see what is in front of you and to tune in and hear the noises around you.

 

To live fully and be present in each moment means that we don’t fear the future or dwell on the past because they don’t exist. ┬áThe only thing that is real is the moment you are conscious of right now.
