
I have been helping people to lose weight with Don’t Say Diet for about four years now and it has been very successful. Diets just don’t work, they fix a short term problem but they leave us with a bigger one which is low self esteem and the feeling of being a failure when we gain the weight back, which is inevitably what happens.
I think losing weight is about fixing why we eat what we d to gain weight, why we take comfort in it and why it is so important. Once we can understand and clear these issues then its easy.
